A co-founder of Transcend Valuation in 2013, Brad's professional valuation experience over nearly 30 years has covered an extremely diverse range of industries, company sizes, and engagement purposes. From consulting with technology start-ups to diversified publicly-traded Fortune 500 companies, Brad has provided valuation services to assist with capital raising, strategic investment decisions, financial reporting, tax planning and compliance, and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and family offices. Brad's objective is to develop high-quality, theoretically sound, and well-supported opinions of value.
Brad has written extensively and given numerous presentations on valuation matters related to such topics as intellectual property, financial reporting, and tax compliance. Brad also has served in a leadership role for national and regional professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Business Valuation Committee.
Brad is based in Southern California and serves clients located across the United States.
