Michael Bender has approximately 20 years of valuation experience, including valuations of businesses and business segments, complex financial instruments, contingent consideration, and intangible assets. Michael participates in a wide variety of valuation engagements for financial reporting, tax planning and compliance, and strategic planning. Michael serves large private and public companies, middle-market firms, and early-stage, venture-backed companies. 

Michael has extensive experience serving companies based in a wide range of industries, including biotechnology, computer hardware and software, entertainment, financial services, foodservice, healthcare, home building, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, retail, telecommunications, and wholesale distribution.
